The concept is simple...offer the most money, and the player will join your squad. Basically, how I want this to work is, you get one shot, offer the money, the years, the incentives, whatever it takes to land the Free Agent. Once again, you get one shot, and to offer a contract to a player, send Me, Atlanta Braves GM, a PM, regarding that player with the title, for example, "Aaron Sele." and the subject of the message your contract offer, as well as anything you want to say about the player joining your team. Offers for Free Agents can begin: Monday, August 22nd, 2005 at 10AM EST and the deadline for submitting your desires is Tuesday, August 23rd, at 12 PM EST where I will announce who goes where. Any questions, feel free to ask me.

Yes, you can sign as many as you want as long as you have the money to do so. And make sure you don't oversign, or I will be forced to choose which player you don't get. You AREN'T allowed to go over the limit by signing a free agent so.

Yeah, it's the same/ But you can't sign free agents after a trade deadline has passed.
