The Mariners and Twins are appearing to become good trading buddies. At 12:00 midnight they have struck yet another deal (the second one of the day), this time involving just 2 veteran infielders. Here it is.

Mariners trade

3B- Scott Spiezio

Twins trade

SS- Juan Castro

It is not a significant trade but both teams think it will help their ballclub.
