I really, really need to trade Tim Salmon. My OF is overstuffed, and he's just not part of the plan. He's good against righties, and he still plays solid defense. I'm willing to take pretty much anyone, preferably a young guy, though.

OK, even though he's one of the greatest Angels of all time, Tim Salmon is just taking up space on my roster. I know his contract is fat, so I'm willing to pay part of it.
He's still got a good arm and a good bat against righties ... perfect as a late-inning defensive replacement or a clutch pinch-hitter. All I'm looking for in return is a prospect.
